Hello ladies , please can anybody help , for 5 years I have been on premique low dose ( when it was available!) when it was out of stock in 2018 I took Premarin & 1/2 a Provera to make an almost identical dose , once premique was available I returned to them. Recently I have felt very low ,tired & irritable,& completely lacking in energy ,my flushes returned & I gained weight.my G.P. was very understanding & changed my hrt to kliofem but after 6 weeks on them I feel worse , I'm having terrible mood swings,have sore breasts & feel exhausted even though I'm sleeping well , I've always been fit & active , eat well & lead a relatively healthy lifestyle , at the moment I'm struggling & I'm not sure what to do , any advice would be most welcome , Thankyou
