Hi. I am taking oestrogel and Progesterone (every day, no break as am in menopause). I started with two pumps and for 6 weeks was fine. Felt great. I have noticed the wonderful hot sticky feeling in bed on the back of my neck again throughout the night so last week increased the pump dosage to three pumps. The sweats have gone. Was I ok to do this or should I have asked the doctor ( who is clueless by the way!) - think I've answered my own question
