There are some lovely tearooms in Durham!  Yes, I took mum to Ely cathedral years ago when she visited - I would love to go to the Christmas service where everyone takes their pets!!

As long as the hamster isn't next to the cat maybe  :D ...... our Vicar did an annual pets service for several years, until the mouse got out of it's cage and a cat, not in a basket, got an early lunch - that was an unexpected learning curve  ;D. It was the donkey too that trotted in ...... nothing was banned as our Vicar rode a large horse to do his Pastrol rounds.

Right now, I'm on the sofa ........

Oh dear, poor mouse!  I bet he was saying his prayers as he ran for his life😢.  I would be quite happy sat beside a donkey! X

Farmers market used to be on the edge of town run by Tilley & Noad auctioneers if i remember rightly. My dad sold a lot of pigs there in his time. Far as i know the market went years ago but maybe i'm wrong it's a long long time since i've been to Chippenham.
I used to live near Chipping Sodbury have you been there yet ?

Chipping Sodbury has smaller shops, good bakers and butchers, plenty of pubs and a big wide street that used to have a cattle market on the sides many moons ago. Old Sodbury nearby is a photo opportunity by it's road sign !
