Hi ladies (and gents, hoping there are some trying to learn),

I'm Nicky, 50 years young, stressful job in management and single mum to a 17 year old, good, lad.  We live in Essex UK with our kind staffy, Mr (bob) Marley 

Looking forward to sharing and supporting you guys and hoping for the same back😋

Been peri for 10 years now, mostly struggle with sleep (less so now 4 weeks in to estrogen gel) and panic disorder.  Everyone who knows me knows me to be confident, outgoing, feisty and the life and soul.  Most wouldn't even know I was having an anxiety attack when having one.  Wish I could be the old me again, I've never been a worrier.

Bored of this crap now 😁

It does get better.     It's The Change, does what it says on the tin 

Some ladies find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary of use.  Maybe think which symptom you would like to ease first.

High levels of anxiety are common at this time of Life.
