I am 100% convinced this is the key! You would not believe the number of young surgical menopausal women I have met in my travels on other internet platforms who have been 'diagnosed' with fibro. after their surgeries! And of course, testosterone levels are in the toilet after removal of the ovaries.

I refuse to go there - it's a 'waste basket' diagnosis that - funnily enough - it usually given to women with no science behind the diagnosis or thought for possible causes. It makes me very sad and not just a little bit angry..... >:( xxxx

I've never believed in the fibro theory either.  The only people I know with it are all women meno or post meno age

I'd have punched a dr if they sent me away with that diagnosis x

The presenter Kirsty Young has just stepped down as apparently she has fibromyalgia.  She's 49 I think which made me wonder if it's actually meno related.

I thought exactly the same Sparkle.
