Brain Fog not just in Peri?
« on: August 16, 2018, 10:37:12 AM »

Hi, I am about 5 years into menopause now and am struggling/panicking about my brain fog and memory issues. All the info I have been reading says that this is attributed to Peri meno, but my question is - if I'm still having hot flushes etc, could this still be the cause even though I am well out of Perimenopause. Thanks very much.

Yep.  We have several threads on brain fog.  'doing stupid things' .   Lack of concentration is common.  Read round.  Make notes ;-).

Testosterone has really helped thin out the fog, an d fog really is an excelllent description

I still need my alarm on my phone to remind me to do things but I'm much better than I was.  I couldn't even work out what food we needed at it's worst x
