Hello everyone
I have been reading the forum for quite a while now and have found it a great source of help. Your knowledge and experience has urged me to start hrt in hope that it helps.
I haven't got off to a very good start and have struggled really bad for a few months now so my GP referred me and I'm now under the care of a specialist.
If not for this site I wouldn't of know a lot of my symptoms where caused by the meno or in my case peri and therefore wouldn't of sort the help and struggled on indefinitely.

I am sure I will be asking advice and seeking reassurance especially since starting a new regime.
I seem to be full of self doubt and lost all confidence in myself and the slightest thing unsettles me x
