BMS book contributions
« on: January 23, 2018, 01:13:18 PM »

While awareness of the menopause has increased and many resources for women are available, there is still much confusion and uncertainty around what happens and what treatments are available. To help women access clear, accurate, understandable information, a book is being written for women and men on behalf of the British Menopause Society. We would like to include some of your personal views and stories of the menopause; what were your experiences, what did you find helpful, what did you not find helpful and what did you wish you'd known beforehand.

If you can help, please send your thoughts to admin@bms-whc.org.uk
All experiences included in the book will be anonymous - we will use a first name only and it doesn't have to be your real one. We are likely to use extracts from women's stories rather than everything you've told us, and we may need to edit them too. We hope that some of you are willing to share your experiences as it can be incredibly helpful for women to hear other women's stories, to learn from them and to know that they are not alone.
