Wow the bloating!

I'm on my last Evorel Sequi patch of my first month (a 50) and suddenly feeling extremely bloated. I have noted this is a side effect, but i didn't realize just how bloated bloated can be 😆.  Since I also have some nausea I'm a bit torn between wanting to eat for that and not wanting to eat due to the bloat. Decisions decisions!  ::)

I got the bloating for the first couple of months then it settled down

Thanks for the encouragement. I do know to wait for three months before thinking of changing. I'm better today and the nausea has subsided thankfully.

That's good, I experienced various things in the first  couple of months and now I forget that they happened lol
