I accept that I don't cry due to my anti-depressant medication but I NEVER want to feel that ill again and don't feel that in general, my emotions are dulled at all.  I know that there are a few pieces of music and the end of a film that will set off tears if I feel that my brain is bogged down.

If the HRT doesn't ease your anxiety then ask for the appropriate medication!
