Ckld. Thanks for asking.
I feel better, in that I dont feel like I'm swimming through treacke today. I didnt realise that was how I was feeling until this morning when it lifted.
Still have dry mouth and no appetite.
Feel very weak and wobbly. Probably from lack of food over the past week.
Just trying to get some chicken soup down. Then will have a complan choc shake for the extra calories.
Tomorrow, I'll have to think about next steps  :-\

You will get back to eating quite quickly.  Bananas.  Porridge  :sick02:  ;D ...... dried fruits and nuts.  Chocolate buttons.  Graze.  Chopped chicken on rice is practically tasteless but very good. 

Dried toast.  A mug of hot Bovril ..........

I'm trying some almonds and an alpro choc pot right now (I know its late, but if I think I can get some food down, I should try !!).
Feel the same about porridge.
And bovril ... yoouuck !!
