Wisdom tooth
« on: November 30, 2017, 09:02:03 AM »

Just posting to take my mind off of going to the dentist in an hour. Got to have a wisdom tooth out because it is crossing over the other tooth. The surprising thing is at my age this tooth has only recently come through.

Hello star35.

It may help you to know that wisdom teeth have a much weaker root than other teeth which makes them easier to extract.

Hope it goes well at the dentists.

Take care.

K.

Thank you. It went really well anxiety was the biggest problem, the tooth was out in seconds. Feeling great now it is all over.

Glad all went well. :)

I had all four of mine out at age 30 under a local anesthetic, so I guess it can be unusual for them to pop through later in life.
