Ice Cream
« on: August 06, 2018, 10:28:33 PM »

 ;D

We stay near Huddersfield occasionally and not far away is a farm which makes ice cream.  One can see the newly born calves and go to the small cafe for anything sweet and well; ice cream and scones and ...........

I remember Neopolitan block ice cream for Sunday tea when Mum and Dad had visitors
Never really got on with a block of ice cream between two slices of wafer  :-\ - messy!
Love choc ices
Used to eat a lot of Mr Whippy then it got sort of a chemical taste  :-\

We had a cone from the 'van' last week, I choose a small with ice cream and a flake - it was almost too much for me to eat  :o.  We don't have dog now though  :whist:

Knickerbocker glory anyone?

Is this Longley Farm ice cream, CLKD. ? I love their cottage cheese and fromage frais. My husband did some work at Longley Farm a few years ago and brought home ice cream from the shop there.
