Morning or night
« on: October 13, 2017, 05:59:21 PM »

I am wondering what time is best to take livial, my Dr said they would help me to sleep better, but not sure if i should take morning or night,or even just later in the day, as i do seem to be feeling tired in the day, more than usual
I have been taking in the morning, the leaflet just says take at the same time each day
Anyone have any experience of livial, or maybe all HRT is best taken at  a certain time, and would make no difference whether it really matters or makes any difference on the effect

I was on Livial for a few months and took mine at night. Slept well, though occasionally needed a trip to the loo in the early hours due to VA, but got back to sleep again afterwards. Perhaps your GP is right. I would give it a try.
