Is good because I don't have to do anything! Yesterday, I walked over 9 miles with friends and now I ache in places you wouldn't believe! I normally consider 3 miles a long way! And avoid steep hills! But the views were wonderful!

Today is good because, dinner is over and done with, I've cleaned up,
now I can relax.....plus the suns been out nearly all day....
We've had the patio window/door open wide all day! Lovely.....
Now sitting listening to the birds singing.....x

....the doctor's allowed me to go back onto Lymecycline for my Rosacea - bye bye painful lumps and bumps (fingers crossed) !

Its something you take for three months then stop for three months and so on but when I asked to go back on it in October I wasn't allowed due to bring referred for an endoscopy for reflux. Thanks for asking  :)
