Hi ladies
I have been on Evorel 50 patches that just supply the estrogen. I take utrogestan tablets 14 days of the month. I have been on HRT for 4 months. The hot flashes have stopped but I have terrible anxiety everyday. Nervous about going anywhere,palpitations,dead leg feeling etc. I am going to try the gel now. Any advice ?

Unfortunately HRT may not eliminate all symptoms, but give it a bit longer & see if the anxiety settles down a bit.
Be kind to yourself & don't push yourself too hard.
