We are a sports loving family so we have sky sports, but I don't agree that non pay to view viewers have almost no sport any more, unless you like horse racing and snooker  :-\

My sisters mother in law died of the same, a few days after returning from a coach holiday  :'(

Been enjoying virtual MotoGP racing from various Circuits, 2day it's Silverstone ...... apparently e-racing and F1 have done similar but I haven't caught up caught up with those.  Such clever technology - does anyone 'game' .......... I would love to have time to try it.  I would love to sit in a flight stimulator too.

Looks like F1 will get it's way at Silverstone for 2 races late July early August - they won't have to quarantine apparently  >:(

Well F1 has got it's own way  >:(.  Having seen the lack of crowd control around UK coasts recently, how the **** will Northamptonshire be kept clear of fans .........  :-\.

Bottas was practising yesterday and Lewis today - according to F1 news, when the races take place at S.stone at the end of July and start of August, Teams will be allocated a Hotel each ......... hopefully they will provide their own cleaning teams as most Hotels as I understand it across the UK are closed  :-\ and despite it being a closed event, already people were driving into Northamptonshire in the hope of getting a look-see.  I suppose the Police are elsewhere engaged?

Virtual Boat Race tomorrow afternoon which should be fun.

Wimbledon will be quiet ......... and people will lose out on renting their properties to TV crews etc..   I'm not into tennis but it will be a completely different part of London this year.

Chelsea was streamed and footie has been shown retrospectively - R we likely to see Sir Cliff singing again ?  ;)

Summer just won't be summer without Wimbledon.
My two weeks of sport a year and it's not happening  :-\

Wimbledon, Glastonbury and my Birthday, all happen during two weeks when i sit on my @rse, watch TV, listen to great music and eat lots of shite!  Won't be the same  :(

:ola:  Horse racing is back on, albeit behind closed doors with very strict protocol.

I imagine it will seem very odd not hearing the cheering of the crowd as the horses race down to the finishing line.

I know it's not every ones idea of sport but I do enjoy it & like a flutter  ::) ::)

I love having a bet on the grand national. it's a childhood thing where we'd all pick a horse and win whatever we'd all put in the pot. 😆 ( 7 of us) .
I know the National isn't for everyone, my OH hates it, says it's too much for the horses. 🤷‍♀️

Grand National should be run without riders!

I am sure that there could be recordings of crowds played over the tannoy at Race Meetings?

MotoGP is to begin in mainland Europe, S.stone cancelled quite early on.  F1s have been testing at S.stone and apparently, crowds of cars arrived to see if they could get into the Circuit  :cuss: :beat:
