I havent posted for a while I felt really panicky over the Summer GP said it was due to coming off Prozac too soon I started taking them twice a day and felt lots better, along with ev prim oil B12 and B6 Since sat I've been getting funny aches in shoulders, neck, hips and legs They come and go I haven't changed anything in my life! Incidentally, do others out there feel it's difficult to plan things I love the idea of nights out with friends but when it comes to it I can't cope. people think I am really out going, which is true to an extent, but by 9 I want my bed.
