I'm not sure, chiropractor said all my neck/spine muscles are the least tense he's seen them in the weeks I've been going

Who knows what anymore ?

Maybe some yoga or a gentle, soothing music CD when you get home.  Time to chill, time 4 U!

I consider myself very fortunate that I get hoards of time to myself each week on my days off where I can relax to my hearts content.  OH is a very patient caring man who doesn't ever put pressure on me bless him
