Hi everyone.
For the last 6 weeks have been on diet, well not so much a diet but eating healthy foods. I weigh myself once a week. On todays weigh in, I have lost 12lb in weight, which works out that I have lost 2lb a week over the last 6 weeks.
I am really pleased with myself but after my evening meal, I have started to feel really dizzy and tonight I am getting a tingling feeling in my lips. As far as I am aware I am eating a balanced diet, although my Son thinks that I am not eating enough.
Has anyone else experienced this after changing their diet?
