Bartholomew's cyst? I think I've got the correct person
Probably within normal limits but maybe give your Practice Nurse or GP a ring?

Hi There
Not to worry. I have had this happen and it is usually due to a localised infection or hair follicle that gets a small infection around it. If it develops it is called a Bartholins cyst. Have plenty of baths and keep the area clean perhaps apply some sudocrem. If it doesn;t improve though I would see your GP. Hopefully it will go as quickly as it came.
Good luck.

Hi Clio, it could be many things so I'd agree with CLKD , make an appointment with your GP to get some reassurance. Let us know how it goes. x

Glad it's nothing serious clio. It's always sensible to get something like this checked out rather than worry yourself silly all weekend.
