Slimming world

Just started last week. Has anyone lost weight following it?
This is my last attempt at going to any slimming club!
So, let's see if I can manage it this time!

Yes I found SW very good as you can eat what you want within reason... but you do have to stick at it

Good luck

Good Luck ann123.
I'm doing weightwatchers at the moment and as smudges mum said you have to stick at it.

I think too that not cutting out things you like initially is important otherwise your mind gets set into 'I can't eat that' etc..  Cutting back is helpful allowing yourself to enjoy what you love but less of it  ;)

Well done karen.
I lost 1lb in my first week.
I am a snacker! Was ok for a few days as snacked on fruit, but got fed up with fruit. So if you have any ideas of snack food, that would be great!!!

Well done Ann
,
a 1lb is a 1lb its great

as for snacking iv'e never been a snacker,
but do you like raw veg, carrots, mushrooms, peppers ect
may be do a fresh veg salad that you can pick at during
the day, i know you said you got fed up of fruit but do a
fresh fruit salad aswell and pick at it that way you dont
have to eat the whole piece of fruit in one go you can
have different pieces every time,

i stayed the same this week, expected that though as
5 and a half of last week was a big loss for 1 week,

hope you have had a loss this week hun good luck

raw veg
Lollies
Porridge which is slow release as are bananas
Make sure you are not dehydrated as that can feel like hunger
Smaller amounts of what you really really enjoy  ;)
