Just cooking roast beef, roast potatoes, yorkshire puds, cauliflower cheese, peas and carrots for 5. Lovely ready made dessert from Aldi for pud. raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake.

Also hard boiling some eggs for tea.

Roast lag lamb, roasties, roasted carrots, mashed potatoes, broccoli, and green beans. Oh and cauli for OH.
Then for pud, a rather lovely apple and black current  pie with either fresh cream,  Or ice cream! Takes ya pick! 😆

They're on a go slow at the moment!

Was lovely Foxy with mint sauce too.
I had loads of veg, which is why I'm probably hungry now! 🤷‍♀️
I eat meat, but not a lot. I'd much rather have all the veggies.

Yes pennyfarthing, myself & OH been doing the 5:2 since last January, I'm 4lb away from 3 stone weight loss. Definately works for me! I fast 800 cals on a Sunday & Monday. x
