 :thankyou: Scampi  ;D

2-night he cooked: sliced chicken breast fried with ginger; added a home grown red chilly  :o  :-X - salt, pepper, sliced red pepper on a bed of spaghetti bows with tomato paste stirred in.   Lips burning now  :D

We had steak, boiled newish potatoes, asparagus with a mushroom, dijon mustard and wine sauce.
All cooked by OH from scratch and it was really good      :medal:

I did print out the recipe, but this just created many many questions, I use "very loose terminology" apparently    ::)

There I was perched on crutches, hovering, good job really. Wiping mushrooms with damp cloth became, putting them under the tap along with the asparagus  ???  1/2 of a teaspoon of Dijon mustard had him grabbing a box of Colmans Mustard powder   ???  When I mentioned the DM was in the fridge he did say it's a good job you're here, with a straight face  ::)

The brownie didn't have cream.
But, there was some in the sauce with the meal    ;D

We are all done...hubbies contribution was cutting up the melon.  ::)

It was nice though and we had cheese and biscuits left over from the weekend along with the first of our apples.
Stuffed now, but might find room for a birthday chocolate or two....then that's them done.

Glad hubby is doing well in the kitchen Limpy.....sounds as if it's really going quite well.

Switch on the cooker then  ;) - I don't like BarBQd food much, I moved out of the Cave  ;)

I keep wondering how long our camper gas will last  :-\ - bet we get caught out in the middle of a field in a storm  ;D
