As I'm doing weightwatchers I'm making a vegetable lasagne which I found on their website.
I'll have a big salad with that and still have some points left for icecream ::)

Sounds lovely Dyan - if you cut out the salad  ;D - I like boiled, cooled new potatoes, radishes, red beets, some types of tomato but not lettuce ………..

Tonight apparently will be pasta/ginger/garlic with grated cheese melted over  :-*

They all sound good :) just having a sandwich again, but I am having a salad with it, putting walnuts in with with raspberry balsamic dressing.

I buy a tin of raspberries in apple juice, drain the juice and add to half a bottle of Balsamic dressing and shake.

I usually have the raspberries with chocolate mousse.

OH usually has his own concoctions for early evening meal, we eat lightly because OH does not do well on a heavy evening meal.

Well that's a new one!  I like prunes straight from the can  ::)
DH has a bottle of oil which has freshly shredded lemon skins in, shaken and poured over crusty bread ……  :-*
We use a lot of various vinegars/oils through the year …….. as well as home made chutneys ...

I'm 'billy no-mates' this week (hubby and daughter both away), so I made a big pan of stew last night (the way I like it - loads of veg, just a bit of meat, and pearl barley - I love pearl barley in my stew, but I'm alone with that in our house!).  It will do me for all three nights on my own, and just get better each night  :)

This one?

there was another one, but this will do nicely thank you :)

Not much cooking involved tonight, meal for DH - so its shop bought steak pie, jacket spud and green veggies.  Good news is I have convinced him to eat 'some' healthy options, so been out today and bought him some little pots of fruit, dates and celery to go with his lunches.

I have consulted the veggie cookbook for next week though and have a couple of gentle curries on the list, ingrediants on list.  Also alone at weekend I have salads as DH doesnt like them either.

Don't like salads much, too much prep..  Radishes are OK.  Cucumber is tasteless.  Tomatoes seem to be watery or not taste of much.

Smoked salmon and melon for us tonight with salad and crusty bread.

I love a salad and all the other bits and bobs. Cous cous, beetroot, coleslaw ....oh the list goes on and on.

Oh had forgotten beetroot - thick slice of bread, thinly buttered with cold beetroot  ;)
DH has grown: damn forgotten the name: large root veg. which smells like celery which he slices into salads
He catches and smokes trout  ;)
Don't know what he's cooking later  :P
