Chicken casserole with potatoes, carrots and runner beans from the garden. I will eat the chicken and the potatoes and a few of the beans. Have to work tomorrow so can't risk getting stuck in the loo!

spicy chicken thigh's, and green veggies. (new recipe)
I just bought 'more' cook books, and I think I am turning into some sort of mad cooking woman? I realise it is helping to keep my mind of the 'poor me' thing as well as the healthier eating plan.

We trawl the charity shops for cookery books
- I can date the publications by the pictures and recipes inside
Home made beef burgers [apparently
] - that's minced beef, chopped green/yellow peppers, chopped ginger and garlic, 1 egg …… grilled slowly
