I made a gf Victoria sponge cake yesterday and it was lovely,surprised myself

It took me ages to crack cooking gf, I was leaving the sponges in the oven too long and they were drying out
now they are lovely and moist.
I have a tendency of making sure things are well cooked

Tonight it was chicken, cherry tomatoes and broccoli in a creamy Stilton sauce , with whole wheat pasta and garlic bread. Haven't had it for ages and very tasty it was .😝

In case anyone interested,the pizza base I make is really simple,4oz flour,2oz butter and roughly 9oz mashed potato mix the flour and butter together then add the mashed potato,it's really yummy

turkey and breadcrumbs, not sure how or what with yet! Jaypo I love a victoria sponge (in fact it was the one thing I craved the taste of when I lost smell/taste with covid). x
