DH is busy at the cooker: chopped chicken breasts, sliced ginger and garlic, salt/pepper; 1 yellow and 1 orange pepper for colour.  Can you smell it?

I was watching Bargain Hunt earlier [bear with me on this meander] and one of the guys told viewers that he enjoys cooking as he finds it relaxing  :-\ ......... discuss  ;D

I find it relaxing when I know what I'm cooking, and as along as I don't forget to do something - like put the pasta or veg on!!

Well, our chicken wasn't nice at all!
I cut it up, and woked it....🤮
It seemed ‘ spongey' and can't understand why, I always wok chicken....🤷‍♀️
Maybe, that's why Sainsbury's have lowered the price on their chicken, they know something we don't! .........??? Mmmm...🤔🤔

Nowt.  We cooked it last night ready to eat this evening  ;) - chipolatas, tomatoes, cold new potatoes, some kind of hot spicy rabbit grub ....
