DH is busy at the cooker: chopped chicken breasts, sliced ginger and garlic, salt/pepper; 1 yellow and 1 orange pepper for colour. Can you smell it?
I was watching
Bargain Hunt
earlier [bear with me on this meander] and one of the guys told viewers that he enjoys cooking as he finds it relaxing

I find it relaxing when I know what I'm cooking, and as along as I don't forget to do something - like put the pasta or veg on!!

I'm doing a Gino D'Campo Spag bol recipe tonight - it's rather scrummy with pappardelle pasta.

Well, our chicken wasn't nice at all!
I cut it up, and woked it....🤮
It seemed ‘ spongey' and can't understand why, I always wok chicken....🤷♀️
Maybe, that's why Sainsbury's have lowered the price on their chicken, they know something we don't! .........
Mmmm...🤔🤔

I am in the mood to eat a whole tub of Dulce de Leche Haagan Dass ice cream for my tea. Washed down with a pint of self pity.
If that wise or mature?
