What have you done today?
« on: September 15, 2012, 03:46:05 PM »

I cant remember whether we have had a thread like this before but,
Went into town this morning and bought some bits and pieces, underwear and a jumper.  This afternoon we have sorted out the shed.

Let's clarify a few things.

There are 9658 registered members at the time of posting. There are about 1000 active members that dip in and out.
This is a free forum, if we were to charge a membership fee, the active membership would drop to about 10% - about 100 members.
If we have to employ a couple of professional moderators at a miserly £15,000 each per annum, that would equate to each member paying about £300 membership per year.
You still won't be able to post bullying and toxic content. A valuable resource would be put out of reach for vulnerable women who need the forum at this time of their lives.
All because of a couple of 'adults' who are unable to act as adults and moderate their own behaviour.

So I'll continue to moderate the forum as I see fit.
Toxic content will be removed without explanation or notice.
Antisocial members who don't heed warnings will be removed.

Play nice.
