day 18c, we've been so lucky with this gorgeous weather shame it's going to break tomorrow!

My sister in law, swore by Wild Yam for her hot flushes.
There's a few to pick from....

I tried black cohosh, didn't work for me either.
Just a thought, hate those flushes with a passion.
Do you have â€˜funny turns' like about to pass out too?
