I found a patch of sunlight which was warming the carpet earlier and put my bare feet onto the spot  ;D.  Surely that 'wasn't it'  :-\ ?  I'd like a little more sunshine without the intense heat.  I have worn twice this year a small top that I bought 2 years ago: never been warm enough B4  8)

Any damage anywhere, apparently Sunny Hunny has been badly hit .........  :-\

They get on my nerves too and I have several but make sure that they can't ring much.  In fact one is blown round the branch right now  ;D

Go and cut them down in the dead of night Jeaniewigs. I think they're antisocial. ;D Perhaps the person who put them up is a bit Mutt and Jeff.

36'C with a breeze. Think I need to call the foundry next door & tell them they have left the Furness open. Can't even sit out in the shade so hiding in the house with the Aircon on.

Well, that's it, we've had down pour, after down pour today,
Flooded back patio, but no thunder n lightning..
It was really cool out shopping today as well, only a t shirt on, and I did have
goose bumps a couple of times. But I didn't care, after all that heat, it was nice
to feel cold....
So now got to find a slot to walk the dog, without her getting soaked.
It's not so dark now, so maybe this is the time to go.

Getting dark earlier than usual ..........
Heavy rain for 10 mins. then drizzled

It's been chucking it down all day here on & off.
Bad wind too. ( the weather......not me.....)
It's like winter again.
Had a wear a cardigan today, it's been chilly.
I'm not complaining though,
At least the gardens had a right good soaking.

Plenty of rain yesterday, over night and this morning.  Now clearing up and temperature rising.

More heat expect towards the end of the week. :(
