Yes I've seen it many times over the years. As has been said  there is often a poster on the back of toilet doors in different places from motorway services to village pubs. It's such a shame that it's not being used properly in that staff are sometimes not made aware. This is about the Ask for Angela scheme which has been running for eight years now! https://askforangela.co.uk/

I haven't been to village pubs in ages but haven't seen it in any of the loos that I frequent ;-).

Maybe nobody's bothered to do it in your area? Businesses can easily download the info from the site https://askforangela.co.uk/downloadable-templates/. It's still no good though if staff aren't being trained  :-\
