Have recently stopped HRT and notice my joints are decidedly stiffer. I take high dose Turmeric, Vit D, Calcium and Omega3
Is there anything you ladies would recommend in addition?

Curcumin is the purer form of Turmeric and more specific for joints. Best in liquid form, more readily absorbed. You can get these in capsules from H&B under the brand "East Meets West".

I take rosehip, when needed. Does the trick for me. 😊
