Morning All
I've noticed since going onto a combined HRT (Femseven) I am swollen and puffy especially my thighs and stomach. I look like the mitchelin man :-\ only 5 weeks on this new patch and praying this settle soon. I have put half stone on since Xmas prior to my new HRT. Can't afford to put any more weight on.
Anyone with any tips please eg herbal teas or supplements etc ??

I would keep away from anything that promises weight loss tbh what I found was drinking water, something I've never done in the past but nowadays I make up a big 2L jug of water and make sure I finish it every day, I lost half a stone,so it does work, good luck x

Hi Warwick, if I remember right you're hypothyroid? Had a recent TFT to check your thyroid meds dose is right?
