Hello
Starpowa Meno Balance Vitamin Gummies
I saw an ad for these on FB and was interested. I had a look for reviews and they are quite mixed.
Has anyone on this forum used these and did they work?
I am hoping these might help my flushes, night sweats and broken sleep.
I also have an under-active thyroid.
Thanks for your help :)

Is your under-active thyroid function treated?
Some find that any benefits from alternatives fade when their hormones take over ::)
Put the product name into the search box to see if there are other threads?

Hello CLKD
Yes, I was over-active and then had radioactive iodine treatment (in 1995) and have been under-active since then. I take 150mcg thyroxine a day (and have had for 20 odd years).
One menopause specialist did say to me that my thyroid disease may make my meno worse and TBH I have had it the worst out of every other women I know :(
Thanks
Rachel

Ive been taking them for 3 months now, i started them when i stopped my evorel patches, so far so good, they do seem to help a little with flushes, not having as many and im sleeping a little better. i was so desperate thought i would try them as nothing to loose!!! LOL :)

I tried the starpowa hair gummies when they were on special offer. I felt they made a bit of a difference but OH didn't think so and decided as they are quite pricey I would see how i get on without them. x

Just to say, if anyone is looking at this thread because there is a lot of advertising on Facebook presently, to be very aware that Xylitol is in the list of ingredients. I have always been prone to palpitations and having spent almost £20 on something I thought would help, it has sent my heart haywire. So you may want to avoid this particular supplement if you have this issue.
