Title: Just found HRT patch on the sole of my foot

Yep, just found the patch on the sole of my foot.  No idea which patch, oestrogen or combined, or how long it's been on there  :o ::)

There's still the correct one on my bum, but there we are, no idea what effects I'll have now  ;D

Whoops  ;D.   Was it in the shower having slipped into the tray so that you picked it up on your foot?

it was the one I'd taken off very late the night before, so it had been left on the dresser ready to throw away in the morning, but then I forgot in the morning.  I imagine I breezed past it, blowing it onto the floor and then walked on it.  ::)
