Good morning women, I use Femonston 1/10 and find it works well to control my symptoms .
This is only after many months of trial and error with other methods.
On occasion my symptoms reappear (the usual with the worse being Electric shock sensations/Hypnic jerks)
I don’t want to go up to Femonston 2/10 and as I have a canister of oestrogel left over so I was thinking of applying one pump when this happens.
Anyone have experience of this and how well it works?
