Post by: Donnadoobie on December 15, 2020, 08:07:13 AM
I have had this on and off for the last 20 year’s but us particularly bad at the moment,  maybe  due to poor  posture.  pain and itching, awful

Morning.  MayB see a physiotherapist?  I think 1 can self refer these days.

In your line of work your posture is probably compromised.  Check your seating position when at rest.  Also your footwear, it's surprising how 'correct' footwear can ease any spinal aches and pains.  Over the counter pain relief?

Does this improve in holiday times?

Hi Donnadoobie, I have the itching between shoulder blades but it's not painful, unless I scratch it during sleep (which I often do!). It got much worse in perimenopause!
