I have been having a teaspoon of cod liver oil every other day for the last few months but recently it is upsetting my stomach. Ive been having stomach issues anyway and this seems to be aggravating it. Has any one found a method that doesn't cause problems?

I take the Better You Spray, it works really well.

I use the Better You one as well. Recommended by my doctor when my levels were low and it worked well.

Cod liver oil :-X :sick02: why do you think that you need it? Why would it affect VitD levels? Even my cats wouldn't go near it ;D
My GP prescribed VitD capsules after I had low levels diagnosed by blood tests. Get a blood test if you haven't already done so and have the correct doses - when I find my packet I will let you know what I was taking.
Any1 remember rose hip syrup and cod liver oil given in school :-X >:( ?

Cod liver oil is well known for causing heartburn, flatulence and loose stools so I'd definitely stop it and see if you feel better shropshirelass . Too much can also affect blood clotting I believe.

Thanks all. I like the idea of the spray. Can you please advise on what doses you are taking?

I take the Better You spray too. I took both the seperate b12 and d vitamin sprays to start with, after my low levels were discovered. Now I take the multi vit spray.
