A very interesting article.
I have just been prescribed 4 weeks worth of Testogel due to me losing my ability to climax since about February 2020. Have been applying it for 6 days now so it’s probably a bit early to notice any changes 🤞🤞

Using a mirena coil for testosterone, have it replaced a couple of times already. Due to be replaced again now after 4 years for HRT, aware however that you can use it for 5 years as a contraceptive. Is it urgent to have it changed during COVID-19 or wondering if it can wait a while yet? Any opinions/experience of this greatly appreciated, thanks

Hi. Prescribed HRT patches  (Evorel Conti)from GP however had to stop due to worsening of minor asthma, insomnia, worsening lethargy and acne. Honestly felt worse in HRT having been post menopausal for approx 2 years. Main issue is libido and weight gain despite having Personal Trainer who comes to house twice weekly for strength training, also do cardiac and further strength training - approx 5 days in total per week exercising. Testosterone level checked and <1 . Refused testosterone following referral to secondary care and have asked for second opinion as been recommended to try other type of HRT but obviously not wanting to do given experience and just beginning to feel better after 6 weeks of stopping. Any advice greatly welcomed
