I have recently downloaded a very good Mindfulness App. It's a free one and is call 'Plum Village'
It has a very extensive content so there is something for everyone.

I'll take a look later, I've had anxiety lately, so might be worthwhile looking at that. Especially when im in bed at night on my own. x
