Title: Panic ear drops neomycin

Just been reading the ingredients neomycin in the ear drops  I took can cause tinnitus.  I have ear ringing and scared, I stopped the drops a couple of days ago, will the ringing stop?  Really worried.

I would ring a pharmacist in the morning to find out.
