Title: Increase in gel but no difference

I have increased my gel to six pumps under newson health but there is no difference. I really dont know whether my head is making me poorly or my hormones. Still struggling to sleep anxiety etc crying some days worse than others. No confidence lost a lot of weight and now my sinuses are blocked up which I have never had. Also think I read somewhere that urt makes your boobs grow or sore. Mine haven't been affected at all. The gel goes into my skin lovely but do you think I'm not absorbing. Just going into my sixth month with gel and utro. Tried conti before this which gave me severe mood swings.
