Hi I'm Phil, I'm 47 and have been in the menopause since I was 44/45. Initially I had very mild symptoms and coped with them but this past 2/3 months it's been hell. I'm not currently taking HRT but seriously considering it.

Hi.  When was your last period?  Maybe keep a mood/food/symptom diary to chart progress.  Which symptom would you like to ease first?
