I've been looking up inspiring quotes and putting them in a journal which I find helps to read over when the meno symptoms get me down. Here is one I really like -

Marilyn Monroe made a lot of sense with that quote! And oh my, the Winnie the Pooh quote makes me tear right up. What is it about children's stories that can melt the adult heart eh? I love the Velveteen Rabbit as well. You've inspired me to do some digging for touching quotes from old books :)

Countrygirl, such a lovely quote. It really touched me reading this over again today. Having a bit of a rough go...sometimes "the change" can feel so overwhelming to be going through and the waking up with anxiety is just so tough to try to sail through sometimes...yay for this quote by Becca Lee and thanks for posting it. :)
