Title: Eye problems
Post by: groundhog on February 24, 2019, 11:02:54 AM
Morning ladies,
For those that know my story, I have a fistula caused by a bowel perforation four years ago,  long arduous story that has quite honestly nearly killed me off.
Eye problems are linked to inflammatory problems and since this happened I've had a condition called episcleritis which is nit serious, causes red eye some discomfort and it comes and goes.   Last week however it got much much worse with the whole side of my face aching.  I ended up in eye hospital and they were quite concerned it maybe to more serious condition scleritis.  They've given me steroid drops and I have to go back in a week .
This has really upset me again, how I regret the op the repercussions of which I think are killing me.
Has anyone had inflammatory eye problems and how do you manage it ?
