Title: UP In Smoke!!

Morning ladies hope this post finds you well as can be

Ive just started using eastrogel. 5 minutes to dry so thought I'd have a cigarette whilst waiting for it to dry.
 
 I've been doing this everyday and this morning I was reading the leaflet whilst letting it dry and puffing away and came to the part where it says

"Caution eastrogel is flammable until dry, let it dry before smoking or being near an open flame

Oops. Might need to rethink my morning regime😀
(Don't smoke kids. It's not big and it's not clever)

It's Lager of course  :)  If it was brown for Guiness it would be mistaken for "something else"! .....I use that emoji rather than the other rofl because I am in NI Connolly. 

Jeez Tc - reading the leaflet - that's desperate! By the way why are you waiting 5 mins to dry?  Rub in vigorously until gone. I read somewhere that because of the alcohol if you leave it to dry you lose some effectivness.
I used to wait, now I rub till gone plus it saves time and in your case the likelihood of going up in flames will be seriously deminished!!!  ;D ;D

Maybe tackle smoking less once your get your treatment stable?  You've got all Summer to alter the habits around lighting up  ;)
