Title: Bones cracking
Post by: Roseneath on September 20, 2018, 12:31:22 PM
Bit of a left field one this but I thought I'd throw it out there as I usually get some wise replies back. Does anyone find their joins 'crack' more than they used to? My knees when I crouch down, wrists, my neck vertebrae sometimes crunch if I waggle my head from side to side; especially first thing in the morning. Is this just one of those things that you don't think about when you're younger? I do go jogging regularly and eat a mainly vegetarian diet. I am wary of Vitamin supplements; many GPs have said they either do nothing or can be harmful if you have an already balanced diet (which I have I think).

Yep.  As oestrogen levels drop so the body dries which may include between the joints.
