Title: Aches and pains.

HI all I have  been doing really well the past while, but the last couple of days I've had arm and neck pain. Very uncomfortable and slight palpitations. Just wondering are these aches due to meno, getting slight flushes too

As oestrogen levels drop off so the muscles may become lax = aches and pains.  Do you require pain relief?

Yes I've been taking neurofen, they are helping a bit, hopefully it will pass
