Title: Gel best time to apply??

I wanted to ask, the consultant told me to put two pumps on, one in the morning and one in the evening, well I'm pretty sure that's what she said but I was high on morphine at the time! But when I got the gel, the instructions said to pumps at night I just wondered what everyone else does with their gel and what time they put it on to get the best results? X

I put mine on in morning

Have you got Oestrogel or Oestrodose?

I don’t think my instructions say to put it on at night .

I use the one morning and one at night on the n the same thigh then next day different thigh xx

If you put it on at night you need to make sure to avoid skin to skin contact for at least 1 hour after application to avoid transference to (male) partner - so if you are snuggling up in bed afterwards and scantily clad - then morning would be best - or morning and early/mid evening. If you have young children and it's summer then you also need to think about where you are applying it if you are cuddling them too (and pets!).
